i used a sport pac portable generator to jump start my car but i turned on the 300 watt invertor.this unsafe?
the invertor did not need to be turned on. i just needed to hook up the cables. could any damage have been done to the vehicle that im not noticing?
did the car start? if so has any warning lights came on? have the battery and alternator checked out at your shop of preference or go to auto zone as they do not charge to check them. you could have possibly blown a diode in the alt. but not likely
